Adult Community Learning Leadership
Our low arousal, accessible facilities are an
inclusive environment where adults are
encouraged to connect with people,
develop their communication, have fun and
be part of a caring community.
Independence for people gives them the
means and motivation to have choice and
control over their life and over their care and
support.

Director of Adult Learning
Designated Safeguarding Lead
We have developed a service that involves
learning a wide range of skills and activities
to deliver person centred outcomes, which
help our adults to live their lives to the full.
St Elizabeth9s advocates that all adults feel empowered to make their own
decisions and choices, and we have a very 8can-do9 attitude towards everything.
No problem is too big or too small; we encourage all of our individuals to feel
comfortable in expressing themselves in a safe and caring environment.
Our aim is to be proactive and well informed
by feedback gathered from the adults using
our services and their representatives.
Our values and ethos aspire to enable and
empower our adults through choice, control
and care alongside developing
independence in whatever form.
We are proud to offer a wide range of
activities suited to all adults wanting to
explore and develop their hobbies, interests,
sensory and health needs.
We look forward to meeting you and telling
you more about the bespoke, unique
opportunities we offer to adults here at St
Elizabeth’s.
