Promoting choice
We are a friendly, caring and experienced team supporting adults
with epilepsy, learning disabilities and other complex needs.
Any individual aged 18+ with epilepsy and other complex needs can
access our services, however it is not a requirement to have a
diagnosis of epilepsy.
Our services are delivered face to face. Adults can access a range of
onsite and offsite activities, and can attend up to five days a week,
making choices about their preferred activities as well as St
Elizabeth’s wider community events.
Adults can attend our Community Hub which has a choice of two
pathways - Health & Wellbeing or Therapy. They can also attend our
Vocational Learning Services.
