A place to build important relationships
Each child is assigned a key worker(s). This is someone who will take a
keen interest and a lead on your child, making sure their wishes, feeling
and voices are heard and that they have the opportunity to contribute to
the home. It is important all children feel able to make new friends, and
build a family and a home away from home.
A place to have fun!
Childhood is all about having fun and creating special memories. We do all
that we can to ensure children take part in new adventures, trips, activities
and even holidays, that give them experiences they will never forget.
A place to develop and achieve
We spend time with each child and the people who know them best to set
bespoke goals and ambitions. We pride ourselves on recognising all
achievements and each milestone in a child's development. We have tools
for tracking progress, no matter how big or small. We capture key
moments in various ways to empower and encourage children and
regularly make time to celebrate every individual success. This contributes
to and is in line with our waking day curriculum.
