Life after St Elizabeth's
Moving on from school is a big step for all children - it is a crucial time for
every child and young person, whether that is to the next year group, to
another provider or at the end of their time in our school.
All children have the chance to take part in Sixth Form taster days, work
based learning and engagement with our commissioned Careers Advice
Service.
We work closely with external providers to ensure that the transition of an
individual into or out of our school is conducted with consistent support

throughout their transition and beyond, keeping them safe and happy.
