Safeguarding
Safeguarding is of paramount importance to us, and is at the heart of
everything we do. Every staff member, regardless of department, undergoes
an enhanced disclosure and barring service check, as well as rigorous
regular safeguarding training to ensure everyone we support is safe, well
and happy while in our care. We adopt a multi agency approach, so
everyone is working together to achieve the same outcome. We operate
under the Hertfordshire Safeguarding Adults Board which encourages all
agencies to work together to safeguard vulnerable adults.
